If by hell, you mean hellfire, a LOVING God would not. But the god of
Christendom would. They practically preach that each Sunday. Yes, such
sermons bring in more contributions. Thus one could probably make a
big buck writing hellfire sermons.

Even though the LOVING God has His name pulled through the mud now,
that will shortly cease. And soon His name will forever be cleared of
Satan's lies, by removing Satan and his servants, both angel and
human.

(by the way, "hell" in the Bible is the cold grave--brrrrrrrr)

What if Satan repents and asks God to forgive him?
Will he get to enter heaven?

If pigs jump off a cliff, can they fly? No, Satan and all the rebel
angels are doomed. (Rev 20:10) That has already been written in
Scripture, and will have to pass. That is why he is so raging mad at
this time.

Yes, he is probably proud of the fact that, because of him, there will
be the death of billions and billions of humans and angels. But he
will NEVER stop God's original purpose to have faithful humans living
forever on a paradise earth. As Jesus put it:
