Many Christian parents are abusing their children without realizing it.
Hell is the culprit.
Hellfire in the Bible does not exist. But "hell" does. Hell in the OT
comes from the Hebrew word "sheol". Sheol means the GRAVE. For proof
DRA
Who will grant me this, that thou mayst protect me in hell [sheol],
and hide me till thy wrath pass, and appoint me a. time when thou wilt
remember me? [brackets mine]
"O that thou wouldest hide me in the grave, [sheol] that thou wouldest
keep me secret, until thy wrath be past, that thou wouldest appoint me
a set time, and remember me!" (KJV) [brackets mine]
Yes, Job wanted to go to "hell" (grave, sheol) to end his suffering,
not make things worst.
Sincerely James.
Deu 32:22For a fire is kindled in mine anger, and shall burn unto the lowest
hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire
the foundations of the mountains.
Mat 18:9And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast itfrom thee: it
is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two
eyes to be cast intohell fire.
Mrk 9:43And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to
enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire
that never shall be quenched:
Mrk 9:45And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to
enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the
fire that never shall be quenched:
